3 days in Morocco Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzzate - Dades Gorges
After picking you up at your accommodation, we will leave Marrakech towards the Tizi-N-Tichka pass (2260 meters) in the High Atlas Mountains. You will cross a winding road, colorful landscapes and Berber communities along the way. Before lunch, you will visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Kasbah of Ait Ben Hadou, where you will be joined by a local guide who will explain the history of the special heritage site of this color.
Then cruise through the valleys and canyons of Dades through Ouarzazate, the valley of the roses and the palm grove of Skoura to the valleys and canyons of Dades. In the middle of the gorges, you will stay in a typical Moroccan hotel.
Day 2: Dades Gorges - Todra Gorges - Merzouga Desert
Before reaching the Todra Gorges (Todgha), we will see the famous and magnificent palm trees and the Jewish quarter of Tinghir. You will have free time for long walks through the 300 meter high gorge which is popular with hikers. We will then travel to the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi in the Merzouga desert. Once you arrive, you will take a sunset camel ride to your tent in the desert. In a desert bivouac for the night.
Day 3: Merzouga - Rissani - Tinghir - Marrakech
On the third day of 3 days in Morocco, wake up early to witness the most beautiful sunrise you have ever seen.
Return to the tent for breakfast, then it was time to hit the road and head to Marrakech, we will pass through the city of Rissani visiting its great market, and the palm grove of Tinghir, Dades Valley and Ouarzazate. You will have free time for lunch on the road.
You will pass through Berber villages and cross the Tizi-Nichka pass before arriving in Marrakech.
